Investigation
Reports will be reviewed by staff and may result in:
- Content removal
- Account suspension
- Reporting to relevant authorities

Resolution timeframe
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as practicable. All complaints will be fully resolved within 5 calendar days of receipt, unless a longer period is required by law or where we need information from you or a third party to complete the investigation. If we need more time, we will tell you why and give a revised date.
