1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using No Strings Men ("the Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
The Website is owned and operated by No Strings Web Ltd, trading as No Strings Men.
2. Age Requirement
This Website is intended strictly for adults only.
By accessing or using the Website you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or 21 years old where required by law in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal right to access adult content in your jurisdiction.
- You will not allow any person under the required legal age to access the Website.
Any account discovered to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated and reported where required by law.
3. Members-Only Access
No Strings Men is a private members-only platform.
By registering an account you agree that:
- Membership is free unless you choose a paid Premium subscription.
- All content on the Website is for members only.
- You will not share, distribute, reproduce, download, screen capture, record, or otherwise redistribute any content from the Website outside of the platform.
- You will not allow non-members to access your account.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and access bans.
One account across our sister sites. You may use the same sign-in on the websites listed above (for example No Strings Men, No Strings Women, and No Strings Swingers). Your core membership details (such as email, username, and date of birth) are held centrally for that account. Each site keeps its own profile, preferences, and content for that brand. Joining one site does not automatically create a public profile on another, but sanctions described in these Terms may apply across every site where you use the same account.
4. Premium membership (paid subscription)
Members may choose to subscribe to Premium. Premium is a paid subscription or recurring service fee for access to Premium features, not a gift, donation, or unsolicited payment.
We take a client-first approach to billing: clear choices at cancellation, fair treatment if something is wrong, and support before card disputes where we can help.
Payment methods. Premium is paid through our payment partner's secure checkout. You may be able to pay using major debit and credit card brands including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and Maestro, and other payment methods our processor supports (for example digital wallets where available). The options you see at checkout depend on your location, bank, and device.
Emails from our payment partner. Card payments are processed by CCBill, our payment partner. They may be required by law to email you about your transaction. That can include receipts, failed payment notices, and renewal reminders before a charge is due. We cannot switch those messages off.
If someone you live with might see your inbox, consider using a private email address you control when you pay.
Subscription fees help cover operational costs including but not limited to:
- Server and hosting costs
- API services
- Domain and infrastructure costs
- Staff wages and operational expenses
By subscribing to Premium you acknowledge:
- Your payment is a subscription or service fee for the Premium tier and any stated benefits.
- Any features provided to Premium members are offered in good faith.
- Features may change, stop working, or be removed at any time.
- There is no guarantee that any feature will remain available now or in the future.
- Features may be withdrawn due to technical issues, operational costs, or other business needs.
Premium pricing. Prices for Premium membership may increase at any time. If we increase the price, we will notify you in advance. You will have the option to cancel your membership or continue at the new price. Depending on your communication settings, we may send you an email with at least 45 days' notice of any increase. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described under Cancellation below.
Any increase will only be made to reflect additional operational expenses we may incur, to support new features, or to cover regulatory compliance costs. The new price will apply only from your next billing cycle on or after 45 days from the date we notify you of the increase (not mid-cycle).
If your email preferences allow, we will email you at least 45 days before any price increase. That email will explain the current price, the new price, the date the new price takes effect, and how to cancel your subscription.
If you do not opt in to email notifications (or your settings do not allow those emails), you agree to check the Website regularly for notices about price changes and to read any messages from No Strings Men in your on-site message inbox.
Premium membership does not constitute a contractual guarantee of services or features beyond what we expressly state at the point of purchase.
Cooling-off and immediate access. If you buy Premium or a one-off digital product, you can start using it straight away. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for that purchase once service begins. We still want you to be happy: if something is wrong, contact us and we will look at refunds or pro-rata refunds where appropriate (see Cancellation and Refunds and chargebacks below).
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Cancellation. Premium members may request to cancel their subscription at any time. We will offer two ways to cancel: (1) at the end of the current paid period, so you keep Premium access until that period ends and you are not billed again; or (2) with immediate effect, in which case we will issue a partial refund on a pro rata basis for the unused part of the current period, Premium access ends when that cancellation and refund are processed, and you will not be billed again. Repayments to your bank or card can take up to five (5) business days to show, depending on your financial institution and payment method.
Refunds and chargebacks. We prefer to refund or cancel at your request rather than go through chargebacks. If you are not happy with the service, contact us through the usual support channels first so we can understand why, try to put it right, and if we cannot, make it straightforward to leave. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute where we can resolve the issue directly.
Premium while suspended or banned. If your account is suspended or banned under these Terms, your Premium subscription may continue to bill for the current paid period according to your billing cycle. You will not receive Premium access on any of our sister sites while the suspension or ban is in force. If you want to cancel Premium because of a suspension or ban (for example, you have paid for time you cannot use), contact us and ask for a refund. Where appropriate, we will refund unused Premium time on a pro rata basis, consistent with the cancellation approach above.
5. User Conduct
All members must behave respectfully.
You agree to:
- Treat other members and staff with respect and kindness
- Not harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
- Not engage in hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
- Not impersonate other individuals
- Not attempt to scam or defraud other users
The Website is intended to be a safe and respectful environment for adult users.
Violations may result in:
- Warnings
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
Unless we state otherwise for a specific case, a suspension or ban on one of our sister sites applies to your whole account on every site listed under Applicable Websites above.
6. Illegal Content Prohibition
Uploading, sharing, or distributing illegal content is strictly prohibited.
You must never upload or share:
- Content involving minors in any sexual context
- Images of a child's genitals or private areas
- Sexual acts involving a minor
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- AI-generated content that depicts or appears to depict minors in sexual situations
- Live streamed or recorded abuse involving minors
- Content involving animals in sexual acts
- Any form of human trafficking or exploitation
- Any material that is illegal in applicable jurisdictions
Our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy describes how we approach trafficking and exploitation on the platform.
Any suspected illegal material will be:
- Immediately removed
- Reported to relevant law enforcement authorities
Accounts involved will be permanently banned.
7. User Generated Content
If the Website allows members to upload content (including profile photos, videos, and text), you agree that:
- You own the content or have the legal right and permission to upload it.
- All individuals depicted are adults who have provided consent.
- You maintain records proving consent if required.
- The content does not violate any laws.
The Website reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content at its discretion.
All uploads may be reviewed prior to publication.
8. Content Moderation and Monitoring
To maintain safety and compliance:
- Uploaded media may be reviewed before being published
- Automated systems may scan text or uploads for illegal or prohibited content
- Content may be hidden or removed if it violates rules
These moderation processes exist to ensure the Website complies with industry standards and payment processing regulations.
9. Reporting Content
Members may report content they believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is illegal
- Was uploaded without consent
Reports will be investigated and content may be removed while an investigation takes place.
We will resolve all complaints within 5 calendar days of receipt, except where law or the need for third-party information requires longer. See our Complaint & Abuse Reporting policy for details.
10. Removal Requests
Any individual depicted in content on the Website may request removal if:
- They did not consent
- Consent has been withdrawn
- The content violates applicable law
We will investigate such requests and may remove the content where appropriate.
If you disagree with our decision on a removal request or on the outcome of an appeal relating to removal, that dispute shall be resolved by a neutral and independent third-party body (for example arbitration or mediation with an accredited provider), not by our staff acting alone. We will give you reasonable information on how to start that process when it applies.
11. Account suspension, termination, and closure
When we take action. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
- Remove content
- Restrict access to the Website
- Block future access
This may occur if:
- A user violates these Terms
- Illegal activity is suspected
- A user creates safety concerns for other members
- A user abuses the platform or staff
Cross-site effect. Unless we tell you otherwise, a suspension, ban, disable, or similar account sanction on No Strings Men applies to the same account on our other sister sites listed above. You may not use another of our sites to bypass a sanction on this one.
When you close your account. From account settings you may choose how much to close:
- This site only (No Strings Men). We remove your profile and content from No Strings Men and stop showing you on this site. Your central sign-in may stay active so you can still use other sister sites where you have joined.
- Every sister site. We close your account everywhere under that sign-in, disable future access on all sites listed above, and treat the account as closed across our network.
Either choice is permanent for the scope you select. You will be asked to confirm before closure completes. Some information may be retained where the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. No Warranty
The Website and its services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
- The Website will always be available
- Features will function without interruption
- The platform will be error-free
Use of the Website is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Strings Web Ltd will not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- User disputes
- Content posted by members
- Temporary service interruptions
14. Changes to the Website
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or remove features
- Change membership options
- Update these Terms of Use
Changes may occur at any time without prior notice, except where these Terms say otherwise (for example, Premium membership price changes as described in section 4).
You agree to review these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy from time to time so you stay informed when we update them.
Continued use of the Website means you accept any updated Terms.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.
16. Vulnerability disclosure and security research
We operate a vulnerability disclosure program for good-faith security research that helps protect our members and our systems. If you participate, you must follow that program’s rules, including confidentiality and coordinated disclosure.
Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data remains prohibited; the program does not grant permission to misuse other users’ information or to test in a way that causes harm. Researchers who discover issues that could expose member data must report them promptly and must not retain, publish, or misuse that data.
We may offer rewards for qualifying reports as described on the program page. Rewards are not guaranteed.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which No Strings Web Ltd operates.
